Not Real is a concept realized through a book, website and video. It critiques the fast fashion industry and quickening trend cycle but advertising as something that you could try to purchase from if you truly wanted to. The book is modelled after early 2000s
mail-order catalogues and printed on chiffon, paper, and various materials to make “impossible” to read or use and constructed of previously creating “brand elements” such as the blue barcode.
